Mary Ann Hatcher, born 1884 was the daughter of George Hatcher, coachman for Doctor Ensor, who resided at Church Hill House.
George Hatcher, born at Henstridge in 1848, is listed in the 1871 census as living at Church Hill House, working as a servant for Robert Goldolphin Long, a surgeon.
George married Alice (nee Brown) born at Stalbridge in 1857, in 1878. Mary had two brothers Richards born 1889 and Walter born 1894.
Alice passed away in 1905 aged 52. In the 1911 census, Mary is listed as the housekeeper for her father and two brothers, living at Church Hill. Mary did not marry and passed away in 1948 aged 64.
Frederick Henry Ryall, born in 1871, eldest son of Samuel and Emily (nee Crocker), married Sarah (nee Duffett), born 1870, in 1891. They had one son Jack born in 1897. They are listed in the 1901 census as living at Church Hill Stalbridge, with Frederick working as a stonemason.
Sarah passed away in 1936. In 1939 Frederick, then aged 68, is listed as living at Church Hill and working as a milk powder maker, in the Prideaux milk factory, in Gold Street.
Frederick passed away in 1942.
Walter Edgar Curtis, born in 1867 at Stalbridge, son of Richard Curtis married Mary (nee Green) in 1866. They had four children Walter (Edgar Walter), born in 1867, Frederick 1869, Amy 1883 and Richard 1884.
In the 1911census Mary is listed as living at Home Farm along with her unmarried children, Walter, Amy and Richard.
Walter, who became an invalid in 1921, passed away in 1928.
The freehold for Lot 125 was purchased by E Stanley Young for a sum of £210.00d in 1918.
